Chris and his team constructed a new facility at our manufacturing site in Swindon. As project manager, I had daily interaction with Chris and his team to discuss build progress, any snags and to check adherence to JMs strict site standards.

Throughout the build, I was very impressed with the high level of workmanship and the strong health and safety ethos demonstrated by Chris and his team. The build involved both structural steel building and civil works; while all build works were executed to a high standard I was particularly impressed with the quality of formwork installed for firewater bunding upstands installed for new personnel and fire escape installed in the facility.

There were a number of design issues realised during the build phase, Chris and his team were able to use their wealth experience of previous projects to successfully navigate these and were willing to catch-up on resulting delays through weekend working and pulling in resource where needed. We were grateful that they were able to meet our tight timelines for the facility build.

I would strongly recommend Chris for future steel building works and will definitely consider Chris at JM Swindon for any future projects
