Do I require planning permission ?
This would depend on the size of building, the location / size of site and it's use. If you speak with your local planning office, they will advise if you require planning consent.
Are different cladding options available ?
At Zen Steel Buildings Ltd we can supply either insulated composite panels or none insulated single skin cladding sheets. Non Insulated being the cheapest option. If the building required is being used for storage, and the ambient temperature isn’t an issue. Select a single skin non insulated cladding, we would advise an anti condensation lining if the building is closed for long periods of time to stop condensation build up. Our Composite Panel has a one fix construction providing fast and consistent installation, resulting in our team spending less time on site.

Depending on the use of the building and the U values needed there are several insulated cladding options available which range from 40mm to 120mm please call for a more detailed conversation.
